Cleveland Browns linebacker Marcus Benard collapsed in the locker room during the media interview period.
Benard was sitting in a chair when he suddenly fell to the floor. At first, some of his teammates, who were getting dressed for practice, thought he may have been joking before linebacker Matt Roth yelled for a trainer.
Benard’s eyes were open as three members of Cleveland’s training staff checked on him.
The team had no immediate word on his condition but we will keep you updated.
