It was five months ago that the Los Angeles Angels’s offer to Carl Crawford was rejected. Crawford was snatched up by the Boston Red Sox, signing a 7 year deal worth 142 Million. When Crawford came to the plate in the 11th inning the local Angeles TV broadcast panned over to the Boston on-deck circle and showed a bunch of dollar bills. Some people don’t forget. Maybe knowing that Crawford is batting .143 this year is some consolation?
