These radio spots have been running in Chicago for the past couple weeks. The market radio ad mocks a certain basketball star (who just happens to endorse State Farm) and his “decision.” The radio spot features actor Dennis Haysbert (who is their spokesperson), telling customers to “think of yourself as a free agent with a big decision to make.” He continues: “Do you go where you’ll get the most for your money? Do you sign with the hometown team? Or do you just team up with one of the best in the business?” Ouch.
