It’s New Year’s Day: 1/1/2011, and chances are you had a few drinks and some fatty foods last night. You may have gotten up this morning, looked in the mirror and said, “2011 is mine…starting tomorrow, or even Monday.” What’s the lesson here? Look at the above picture of Katy Perry with no makeup. So, when you wake from your holiday slumber, the first day of 2011 and look into the mirror and don’t see the best you, don’t fret.
