Facebook made headlines Thursday when they announced that they would soon be incorporating video into Instagram, the photo sharing app that Facebook acquired for $1 billion last year. It is no surprise that just a short time after the unveil, Kobe Bryant had already posted his first Instagram video. The first video was accompanied by the caption reading:
June 1st. 7:30am. My first steps without the boot. Rockin the #medicalmambas Walkin like a baby giraffe. #achillesrupture #challenge #pray4bear #recovery
You have to give it to Kobe for lately being ahead of the curve in terms of social media. Instagram videos are yet to be able to be embeddable, so you can check out the YouTube version below or see the original on Kobe’s Instagram account HERE.
