You don’t often get to see desperation “buzzer beaters” in soccer, but this one from a prep school soccer game in Texas this week is absolutely incredible. That’s Josh Peloquin of Rider High delivering a devastating volley from 35-yards out to upset Denton High 3-2 this past Tuesday.
The juxtaposition of the utter shock from Denton players and the unadulterated joy from Rider is pretty fun to watch. What a dramatic finish.
