It is up to you to decide (which actually won’t matter) as to if Arjen Robben being brought down in the box was actual a penalty or not. Robben had been fouled plenty of times earlier in the match, so was this just payback? One way or another, the Netherlands is moving on and Mexico is heading home. Marquez definitely stepped on his foot and Arjen sold the shit out of it, but is it deserving of a penalty shot with just minutes left in the match?
