When Arsenal moved from its old stadium in Highbury in 2006, the grounds were converted into an apartment complex. Now, one of those flats is up for sale but the £660,000 price tag may scare away all but the most dedicated and wealthy of Arsenal fans.
Still, for those with about $1 million to spare and huge affection for the football club, the listing should be fairly enticing for historical reasons. The two-bedroom apartment has access to a garden which used to be Arsenal’s pitch and the marble floors and pillars of the apartment’s halls are originally from the stadium as well.
