Former ESPN employee Keith Olbermann is once again in the news for an outspoken left-wing political opinion.

Olbermann, who has never shied away from making his views known, sent a brutal message to former president Donald Trump mere hours after President Joe Biden announced he wouldn’t seek re-election.

“Advice to Trump,” Olbermann wrote on Twitter, the social media platform currently marketed as X: “Flee. Now.”

The advice seems to align with the Democratic Party largely coalescing around Vice President Kamala Harris as the party’s presidential nominee. Harris started her political career as a prosecutor and has cut ads in the past highlighting her work convicting criminals accused of sex and financial crimes.

Olbermann didn’t stop there, either. He insisted that Trump is lying about getting hit with a bullet during his attempted assassination that happened earlier this month.

“A reminder that there is STILL no evidence Trump was hit by a bullet and STILL lots of evidence he’s lying about it,” Olbermann wrote on X.

Neither Trump nor his campaign immediately responded to the barb from Olbermann, which, as of Monday night, had over 1.7 million views on the social media platform.

The Trump campaign has yet to release any medical reports that confirm Trump had indeed been hit by a bullet during the attempt on his life.
