4. Freestyle Skiing – Aerials
Skiing aerials is by far the most insane sport of the Winter Olympics – if not all of Olympic sports. Men’s skiers pull off something like 3 flips and 5 rotations in just about 3 seconds. Oh…and land. You have to land. The flips and turns all happen so fast I really don’t know how the judges can even tell what is going on.
When watching aerials it just goes something like…going towards the ramp, up the ramp, UNSFIPN!!!!!!!!!FIJNSDOMC(UH@(*@$IURHJ#(*()@#O(@_)($, land. Let’s be honest, all we know is whether or not the skier lands. Everything else that happens in the air is a blur. Yet somehow these skiers do those things…and land in snow on skis.
