Ever heard the saying “you can’t stop what you can’t see?” Well, I think Austria’s goaltender can attest to that after allowing this goal to Canada’s Shea Weber on Friday.
Weber – who maxed out at 106 MPH on a slap shot at the NHL Skills Comp – blasted it so hard from the point that the puck ended up hitting the back of the net and rolling halfway through the zone before the poor goalie could even turn around to see what happened.
Heck, the thing’s even fast in super slo-mo.
