One of the worst things that could ever happen to a male human being happened to Matt Hendricks on Thursday.
The Oilers center blocked a slapshot with an area you never want to block a slapshot with. He laid on the ice for a bit before skating off while likely holding back from crying/vomiting.
Hendricks posted a photo of his cup after the incident, and we don’t want to imagine what would’ve happened if he weren’t wearing one. Yikes.
