Red Wings forward Gustav Nyquist showed off his elite offensive skills during Saturday night’s game against the Ottawa Senators and basically put the team on his back and carried the Wings to an overtime victory. During the extra frame, Nyquist took the puck and possessed it for a period of 28 seconds, playing keep-away with the Sens defense before netting the game-winner.
The shot was nothing special, but being able to toy with a defense in such a manner certainly is…even if it is the Senators.
