When I first saw these Twitter exchange between the Blue Jackets and Hurricanes immediately after the Super Bowl, I thought it was a case of the ‘Canes taking a shot at Columbus.
Actually, I was praying that was the case. It would have been hilarious, especially considering Carolina has three less wins than CBJ this season.
But my thirst for controversy fell short. It turns out the Canes were actually calling out ESPN for their lack of hockey highlights. Not a bad dig regardless.
