Back in the spring, Boston mayor Thomas Menino and Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel laid out the terms of a friendly Stanley Cup wager as the Bruins and Blackhawks faced off in the finals. Obviously the Blackhawks won, and mayor Menino is making good on part of the bet by posting this video of mayor Emanuel singing his town’s praises.
