Vernon Davis got some well deserved grief last week for trying to dunk the football over the crossbar of the goalpost and failing miserably. This week following a great TD catch in the 1st quarter of the Lions and 49ers Sunday night game Vernon learned his lesson and shot a short fade away jumper which cleared the crossbar. Well done, Vernon.
