The fine folks at Twitter looked at the amount of Twitter followers who followed an NFL team in every county in the United States. The fine folks at Twitter crunched the numbers and now, it’s confirmed.

A couple of interesting tidbits. First, it is confirmed. Jefferson County must be annexed from the Great State of the Twelfth Man as it roots for the Denver Broncos. Weirdly enough, in a similar phenomenon, Summit County is the one county in Colorado which roots for the Seahawks instead of the Broncos. It’s also somewhat amusing that the Seahawks-49ers rivalry spills out into Alaska and Hawaii as well.

The rest of the overall map isn’t much of a surprise. The Cowboys still rule Texas and its surrounding states. The Broncos lord over the Midwest like it’s Peyton Manning’s personal kingdom. Of course, the Raiders are popular nowhere.
