Kansas City Chiefs superstar tight end Travis Kelce was a major Taylor Swift fan long before he started dating the pop sensation. And during a recent interview, he opened up about his fandom a little bit and sent a pretty clear message to her about what his favorite songs are.
This weekend, Travis Kelce hosted his Kelce Jam music festival in Kansas City. While Taylor Swift was not in attendance at the festival, Kelce did talk a little bit about his girlfriend and favorite artist during an interview when he was asked to name his favorite Swift “Era.”
“I’m a big 1989 era [fan]. But I’m not going to lie, I might be a little biased toward the Tortured Poets Department. Just a little bit,” Kelce said.
“i’m a big 1989 era… but im not gonna lie might be a little biased towards ttpd”
On what song he’d add to kelce jam: “so high school… i think everyone would get fired up for that one”

The interviewer acknowledged that two of the songs on the album were written about him, and he seemingly confirmed this, nodding and saying “Just a little bit bias.”
Kelce was then asked which Taylor Swift songs he would like to be a part of the Kelce Jam music festival.
“‘So High School’ might be the only one that’s jumping into my mind right now,” Kelce said, referencing one of the songs on the new album that quite clearly references their relationship. “I think everyone could get fired up from that one.”
He then added that his niece’s favorite song is “The Man” off of her Lover Album, saying “We can always go with ‘The Man.'”
Needless to say, it’s clear that he knows her music very well.
