Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has not yet even been dating Taylor Swift for a year, but it sounds like he is already ready to move on to the next stage of their relationship by popping the question and getting engaged.
According to a recent report from Life & Style Magazine, Travis Kelce has met with a “high-end jeweler” multiple times already as he shops for an engagement ring for Taylor Swift for his eventual proposal.
“It’s finally time for Taylor Swift to go pick out a white dress. A source confirms that boyfriend Travis Kelce has ‘met with a high-end jeweler several times’ in recent months — and the ‘I do’s’ will happen sooner rather than later,” Life & Style Magazine reported this week.
This is a pretty shocking decision from Kelce because previous reports indicated that Kelce was not planning to propose to Swift immediately and was not enjoying the pressure that was being placed on him by friends and family to propose to Swift soon.
“The social media and fan chatter about an engagement is bad enough, but he also gets questions from friends and the more he’s pressured, the more he withdraws,” a source told Life & Style Magazine earlier this month.
If Kelce is now ring shopping, it sounds like something changed.
