This weekend, Travis Kelce flew out to Paris, France to support his girlfriend Taylor Swift as she resumes the international leg of her Eras Tour, and he certainly did not show up in Paris empty-handed.
According to a report from Page Six, Travis Kelce brought a pretty insane gift for Taylor Swift with him to Paris.
Before heading out to Paris, Kelce attended the Kentucky Derby in Louisville. While he was there, he managed to snag a pretty incredible souvenir for his girlfriend – a unique piece of jewelry from the jewelers who have made the Kentucky Derby trophy every year for decades.
Since Swift couldn’t attend the Kentucky Derby with him, Kelce got her a special Derby Gold and Diamond Horseshoe Necklace from S.R. Blackinton, which was made from reclaimed 14-karat gold sourced from the production of this year’s Kentucky Derby trophy.
While the necklace normally costs $1,495, it was given to Kelce and Swift as a gift.
“Our family has been making the trophy since 1975 and we caught word he would be there and since it was a big year for the both of them, we wanted to gift a few very special pieces,” co-owners Susanne Blackinton-Juaire and her daughter, Skyla Blackinton, told Page Six.
“He was super kind and appreciative!”
So while Swift couldn’t be there herself, she still got a pretty special gift from the event.
