Kansas City Chiefs superstar tight end Travis Kelce has played in several Super Bowls throughout his career. So as he prepares for the Super Bowl LVIII matchup with the San Francisco 49ers, he’s not necessarily feeling nervous – he’s just feeling excited.
During his Super Bowl press conference on Monday night, Travis Kelce made it clear that there are “no jitters” for him heading into this game even though it’s “our biggest challenge yet.”
“Ain’t no jitters for me, baby. I’m excited for this one, man. I’m excited for the challenge. I know it’s going to be our biggest challenge yet. There’s no doubt seeping in. We’ve got a great football team and we’re going up against a great football team, and it’s going to be one for the ages. I’m just excited about it,” Kelce said according to Pro Football Talk. “I’m fired up. I’m ready to get this show on the road. Put these pads on and get this game rockin’.”
Kelce has reason to be confident after the way he and his team have performed in big games over the course of his career. We’ll have to see how he performs in the Super Bowl this weekend.
