Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo left their Monday Night Football game following a hit by Redskins linebacker Keenan Robinson. He laid borderline motionless on the field for an extended period of time following the sack before gingerly walking into the locker room (after a million agonizing steps through the stadium bar, night club, zoo, dance studio, barbershop, movie theater, circus tent and tech center) . While the tackle wasn’t intense, Romo’s injury history makes this injury very concerning.
There has not been official word on the severity of the injury. Please save the immature and insensitive anti-Romo comments.
UPDATE: Romo returned to the game in 4th quarter.
