Patriots fans, it’s all good. Your boy Tom Brady will not miss a game in 2016 due to Deflategate penalties, just like in 2015.
According to Commissioner Gronk.
The New England Patriots’ tight end, aka Madden 17 cover athlete, said he was surprised by the twice-reversed suspension ruling but didn’t seem concerned, saying on ESPN that he’ll play every regular-season game this season.
I was actually surprised. It was a surprise to everyone. I thought it was totally done and it was crazy to see it happen again. It’s kind of getting stupid to the point where it’s at now. Why it’s still going on now … I think he’s going to play 16 games again. That’s the way it’s been going on, that’s the way it’s worked, so hopefully that’s true.”
We admire the confidence, even if 99.9 percent of signs point to Brady missing the first four games.
