The Pittsburgh Steelers are having a surprising season given their expectations entering the year. Not many expected Pittsburgh to be very competitive, but the Steelers are 10-4 heading into a massive clash with the Baltimore Ravens on Saturday.

The Steelers will want to capitalize on their successes this season and make a deep run into the playoffs because one of their most important players is beginning to show signs of decline.

“47.7% of TJ Watt’s pressures this season have been cleanup/unblocked, highest % since his rookie year (48.7%). His win rate is also the lowest for a full season since his rookie year (13.6%),” one Twitter user shared.

Fans reacted to the news that Watt’s advanced numbers are starting to fall off on social media.

“seems like a lot of stat watching this morning, i watched jalen hurts have ALL DAY in the pocket. inexcusable from that Dline,” one fan wrote on Twitter about Watt’s performance against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.

“You people are so insufferable lmao. Just turn on some tape buddy and stop staring at spreadsheets. TJ Watt changes games, not to mention most of this information you get from PFF is subjective considering they have multiple different people watching games,” another fan added.

“He also has the most pass rush wins not converted into pressures because of quick throws and stuff like that. And he’s seeing extra attention at an absurd rate,” added another fan.

It’ll be interesting to see if Watt can reclaim his old form.
