Ever since she began dating Kansas City Chiefs superstar Travis Kelce a few months ago, pop sensation Taylor Swift has not been shy about acknowledging their relationship during her concerts as she’s even changed the lyrics to her song “Karma” to reference “the guy on the Chiefs” on a number of occasions. But a recent change to her setlist has now led to a lot more references to Kelce.
On Thursday, Taylor Swift resumed the international leg of her Eras Tour for the first time since releasing her new album The Tortured Poets Department. As a result, she changed her show quite a bit to make room for some new songs, and that included one song from the album that quite explicitly references her relationship with Kelce – and the performance was full of nods to their romance.
During Thursday’s show in Paris, Swift performed her new song “So High School” for the first time. And while she didn’t perform the whole song, she did perform a section of it that quite explicitly references her relationship with Kelce, including a line that says “You know how to ball, I know Aristotle,” as well as the line “You knew what you wanted and, boy, you got her,” referencing the way Kelce pursued her to begin their relationship.

More than that, though, the performance itself was full of nods to their relationship, as she seemed to dance in a way that referenced the way that she points to him on the field as well as some of his iconic touchdown dances – all while red and yellow lights flashed around the stage.
It’s obviously pretty wild that Swift did this for Kelce as she has never done this for other relationships in the past, and it led to a lot of reactions on social media.
