Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce are fast approaching their one-year dating anniversary, and one couples therapist seems to think that they have a strong and healthy relationship together.
During a recent interview with Well + Good, New York family therapist Tracy Ross weighed in on the relationship between Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift as she did not hold back from explaining how well-suited they seem to be for each other.
“She is lighting up for him, and I can’t tell you how much that matters in a relationship,” Ross said “If you’re the light in someone’s eye, then you have a secure base.”
Ross said that from the looks of it, they are both very supportive of each other professionally and personally, which allows them to be “complete people.”
“When you’re in a relationship, and the other person believes in you, then you’re [better suited] to go out in the world because you know someone’s got your back, and supports you, and believes in you,” she said. “It enables us to be complete people. They get so many accolades from the world, but, if you’re my person, and I’m getting it from you? It’s a whole different thing.”
Obviously, nobody really knows what their relationship looks like behind closed doors. But publicly, it seems like they are a good couple.
