Buffalo Bills superstar wide receiver Stefon Diggs did not speak to the media following the team’s loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in the division round of the NFL playoffs. But he finally broke his silence this week when he spoke to the media at the Pro Bowl and he addressed his current standing with the team.
During an interview on Friday, Stefon Diggs was asked if he’s optimistic about his future with the Buffalo Bills, and he had a pretty brutal response, admitting that actually he isn’t necessarily certain about his future with the team, saying “I can’t really put the carriage before the horse.”
“I feel like I take it day by day,” Diggs said according to Stephen Holder of ESPN. “Obviously, there’s a lot of changes going on, a lot of things going on. I can’t really put the carriage before the horse, you know what I’m saying? But I got a great offseason in front of me to put a lot of work in and kind of build around what we got and what we’re doing. I can’t tell you what the future holds, but I’m still being me.”
Diggs did not explicitly say whether or not he was ready to part ways with the Buffalo Bills, but these comments are clearly concerning for Bills fans.
