In honor of running back Marshawn Lynch, the Seattle Seahawks sold ‘Beast Burgers‘ (which even came with a side of Skittles) for the team’s NFL Divisional Round playoff game against the New Orleans Saints at CenturyLink Field.
Now, the Seahawks will pay homage to their quarterback, Russell Wilson, with a spicy hot dog called the “DangeRuss”. The DangeRuss will be sold at Sunday’s NFC Championship Game when the Seahawks take on the San Francisco 49ers.
Get a look at this crazy hot dog for yourself:
Seahawks colors and all, on a hot dog.
CBS Sports’ Will Brinson provides more details on the DangeRuss:
Wilson loves mac ‘n’ cheese so the Seahawks threw Beecher’s mac on top of this foot-long dog and added caramelized onions, Sriracha honey hot sauce (made in house), diced jalapeno peppers and “Seahawks Strips,” which are the green and blue tortilla strips you see.
If the DangeRuss sells as well as the Beast Burger did, there will be 1,000+ Seahawks fans eating the hot dog on Sunday.
