Someone needs to explain to me how the folks at NMA can turn these around so quickly, and with this kind of detail.
After a disastrous season, the Indianapolis Colts are dumping coach Jim Caldwell. Caldwell took over from the legendary Tom Dungy to start the 2009 season. As signal-caller, Caldwell did not measure up.
The Colts had a disastrous season and leaned heavily on an aging Peyton Manning, who then injured his neck.
The Colts have decided Caldwell is out. They were so bad this past season that they earned the first pick of the 2012 NFL draft pick. They are eyeing Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck.
This is good because, if actor Rob Lowe is to be believed, Peyton Manning is going to retire. Lowe broke the story in a tweet.
Indianapolis also cleared out its front office, firing vice chairman Bill Polian and his son, Chris, the Colts’ general manager.
