The Atlanta Falcons blew a 21-point lead in London this morning, losing 22-21 to the Detroit Lions on a last-second Matt Prater 47-yard field goal. Prater initially lined up for a 42-yarder and missed but they were called for delay of game, giving the highly-criticized Detroit kicking game another chance to steal a victory.
Of course Prater nailed the second chance they moved to 6-2 while all but ending the Falcons season. However, replay shows that the refs blew the call and there was actually time left on the play clock.
