The Las Vegas Raiders have had an embarrassing season to say the least.

The Raiders have tried their hardest to make things work, trying out multiple quarterbacks in an effort to win games. Gardner Minshew III, Aidan O’Connell, and Desmond Ridder have all gotten cracks at the job, but the Raiders still dropped to 2-7 after losing to the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.

The poor quarterback play has cost the quarterbacks coach his job, and he’s not the only one looking for work after the team’s abysmal start.

The (Raiders) have fired three coaches: OC Luke Getsy, OL coach James Cregg, and QBs coach Rich Scangarello,” reported NFL insider Ari Meirov late Sunday night.

Fans reacted to the news online.

“Not saying these coaches are any good, but I really hope the Raiders aren’t trying to blame these guys for an offense that features Gardner Minshew, WR1 Jakobi Meyers, and a backfield duo of Zamir White and Alexander Mattison being bad,” one fan added.

“Pierce is next. Either this offseason or during 2025 if it trends in the same direction,” one fan added.

“Maybe they should fire their owner..somehow,” one fan added.

“To be fair, AP settled for Getsy after Kingsbury withdrew due to contact disagreements (2 v 3-year deal) and look at Washington’s offense. I know, the Raiders don’t have a qb, but it would have looked way better than this with Kingsbury,” one fan added.

“Antonio Pierce’s termination is forthcoming,” one fan speculated.

“They officially are done for, hello to the tank raiders,” one fan added.

The bright spot for the Raiders is that it appears they’ll be in the mix for star Colorado Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur Sanders in the upcoming NFL draft.
