So, things are not starting off well for the Jets. To be fair, it’s Peyton Manning but it can’t be an encouraging sign when the very first play from scrimmage is a 54 yard pass completion from Manning to a completely wide-open Demaryius Thomas.
First play for Peyton Manning today against the Jets secondary goes for 54 yards to Demaryius Thomas.

Good start for the Jets defense, might wanna put someone on Thomas pic.twitter.com/gYHYkcV0Vc

Seriously, the Jets must have left him open on purpose. The secondary could run around in random patterns and been closer to Thomas on this one.
