This Carolina Panthers fan refused to run for cover when the rain started coming down HARD in Carolina on Sunday, and boy was he punished. All the rainwater from the upper levels came crashing down onto this poor soul’s head and it looks like Mother Nature was trying to waterboard him into submission. Good thing he was wearing that trash ba- erm, poncho.
