Trick plays are usually reserved for the high school and college ranks, but an innovative Missouri middle school managed to execute one of the best sneak attacks you’ll ever see.
Lewis and Clark Middle School had been working on a play called the “Ugly Kardashian”, with the concept inspired by the Annexation of Puerto Rico from The Little Giants.
Watch as the center calmly hands the ball to the quarterback while the entire offense stays put. He then politely walks in-between his line and the defensive line before pointing into the distance in an attempt to bring even further confusion to the situation. The defense and opposing coaching staff has no clue what’s happening and do not realize it’s a trick play until the QB bolts between the linebackers and defensive backs for an easy score.
Danny O’Shea’s squad would be so proud…
