In some more news which is as unsurprising as it is eye-roll inducing, the NFL has stepped up and taken yet another brave stance against “unsportsmanlike conduct” touchdown celebrations. This time, the League’s ire was focused on Marshawn Lynch, who grabbed his crotch while leaping into the end zone during the Seahawks-Cardinals game on Sunday.
The NFL fined Lynch $11,050 for the celebratory act.

In a just world, a running back who trucks like that for a 79 yard touchdown would be able to do pretty much whatever he wants to celebrate in the end zone.
Lynch just can’t catch a break when it comes to NFL fines. At least he was fined for something that happened on the field this time.
