Chargers wide receiver Malcom Floyd took this nasty shot to the head during action on Sunday and had to be taken off the field on a stretcher. As you can see in the GIF below, Eagles linebacker DeMeco Ryans delivered the shot to the top of Floyd’s helmet, crunching his head down into his shoulders/neck. It was very, very ugly.
