If gross injuries make you queasy, you might want to sit this one out.

Joel Dreessen played through Sunday’s game against the Colts with what appears to be a tremendously painful leg injury. Apparently, he felt like grossing out the entire Internet by posting a photo of what his leg looks like. Seriously, how the hell did this happen?
