The Kansas City Chiefs visited the White House and U.S. President Joe Biden on Friday to celebrate their Super Bowl championship this past season. And it seemed like Biden couldn’t have been happier to have them.
Biden was in good spirits throughout the ceremony, as he was seen joking around with the likes of Travis Kelce, Patrick Mahomes, Andy Reid, and the rest of the Chiefs roster.
After offering a speech on the Chiefs’ behalf, Biden did his best Lee Corso impression, putting on a Chiefs helmet to show his support of the team.
These days, Biden is getting quite familiar with the core members of the Chiefs roster. It is the second straight year that the team has visited the White House after back-to-back Super Bowl championships.
That could come to an end if either the Chiefs are unseated in the 2024-25 season, or Biden loses in his re-election bid against his old nemesis Donald Trump.
Only time will tell whether either of those scenarios ultimately ends up being the case. But considering all of the controversies surrounding Donald Trump at the moment as a result of the guilty verdict in his hush-money case, it may not be time to write off either Biden or the Chiefs just yet…
