The Kansas City Chiefs won their second consecutive Super Bowl championship on Sunday night with a win over the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII. And as a result, it sounds like they’ll be making their second consecutive trip to the White House to celebrate.
Following the win in the big game, United States President Joe Biden officially extended his invitation for the team to join them at the White House to celebrate.
“With their third Super Bowl win in just five seasons, the Kansas City Chiefs aren’t just champions today – they’re a dynasty. Congratulations, Chiefs Kingdom. Ready to welcome this team back to the White House,” Biden said in a post on X, the social media website that was formerly known as Twitter.

The Chiefs accepted Biden’s invitation and attended the White House last year to celebrate their Super Bowl victory over the Philadelphia Eagles, so it seems likely that the team will once again accept the invitation and visit Biden this year to celebrate with the president for another year.
If the Chiefs can pull off the historic three-peat next year, their next potential visit to the White House would obviously come after the 2024 presidential election, so we don’t yet know which president they would be visiting.
