Dak Prescott has been the starting quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys for the past eight seasons after the team selected him in the 2016 NFL Draft, but he has failed to lead the team on a deep playoff run, much less a Super Bowl. Still, it sounds like Cowboys team owner and general manager Jerry Jones still has faith in him.
During a recent interview at the NFL annual league meetings, Jerry Jones made it clear that he thinks Dak Prescott is one of the quarterbacks in the NFL who will ultimately win a Super Bowl title, even if he has not been able to do it yet.
“I think there are a handful or more of quarterbacks playing who haven’t won a Super Bowl that will win a Super Bowl,” Jones said according to David Moore of the Dallas Morning News. “I think Dak is one of them. I’m firm there. He’s one of the ones who can.”
Obviously, these are some pretty bold words from Jones about Prescott, and they led to a pretty strong reaction on social media.

We’ll have to see whether or not Jones is ultimately proven correct in this extremely bold prediction about Prescott.
