Football field monster James Harrison is a bit strong. The Steelers’ linebacker is 275 lbs. of muscle and mountain-like force, as he’s shown on the gridiron. When he’s not destroying running backs, though, he can be found showing off his strength by tossing his kids into the atmosphere. Via Harrison’s own Instagram account:

Definitely strong.
Sure, those kids might be only 100 lbs. or so soaking wet, but look at the height they reach. The slow motion only adds to how much force is being put behind those launches. It’s no wonder James Harrison has a highlight reel almost eight minutes long.
