Tampa Bay is playing very fast-and-loose with their prized new quarterback in preseason games. In his first game playing at Raymond James Stadium, he scored a head-first, diving touchdown on the opening drive for the first score of the game. Watch the play and near-injury.

All of the franchise’s hopes basically ride on the 21-year-old, and the Buccaneers are regularly giving him the ball to run… in the preseason. And he doesn’t seem all that fast and evasive either. Winston honestly seems content absorbing the contact and sucking it up. Just wait until he takes a hit from J.J. Watt. But for now let’s enjoy his happiness.
At least he has a personality on him though. That’ll make him fun to watch while he’s on the field.
