On Sunday, Packers rookie Ha Ha Clinton-Dix was involved in a critical play in Sunday’s match up against the New England Patriots where he dislodged the potential game-winning touchdown catch from Rob Gronkowski’s grasp late in the fourth quarter.
However, on Monday Clinton-Dix focused on another aspect of his game against Gronk, namely how it’s nearly impossible to tackle the Patriots tight end up high. Like so many defenders before him, Clinton-Dix was on the losing end of some Gronk smashes and he tweeted that he had the soreness to prove it.
I will never try and hit @RobGronkowski up high again. #RESPECT #sore

Looking at this hit by Gronk on Clinton-Dix certainly makes Clinton-Dix’s tweet understandable. Watching it, it’s hard to remember who’s supposed to be tackling who.
