Owners Facing Brandon Lloyd
San Francisco receiver Brandon Lloyd was and remains owned by less than two percent of owners across the major fantasy services therefore it is assumed that no more than a few hundred owners were forced to start him in Week 6. Despite coming off his best game of the season a week prior in which he hauled in three catches on five targets for 76 yards, he remained an aggressive play against the Rams, leaving opposing fantasy owners feeling giddy when they entered Monday Night Football up 10-12 points and facing only Lloyd.
Unfortunately the veteran wideout went and ruined their week with this embarrassing 80-yard bomb in the closing seconds of the first half against the Rams. Unsurprisingly, it was his lone catch (and lone target) of the night but the 14-point play (15 in PPR leagues) completely screwed a handful of helpless owners across the country.
