The Green Bay Packers blew Sunday’s game in Seattle in baffling fashion, losing to the Seahawks on a series of mind-boggling plays. The depressing loss will sting and although the level-headed organization won’t start making snap decisions as a result, many fans are suggesting they do just that.
Fan overreactions are prevalent during even the most wonderful of times, but postgame reactions to that Packers loss were beyond epic. Most Packers fans will have a difficult time seeing, reading or even hearing anything football-related over the next few weeks but there is one Twitter account with comments that must be followed by everyone, including Packers fans.
But first, as one shot to the fans on the other side of the score, is it worse to overreact following a destructive playoff loss or simply depart an NFC title game before its conclusion after repeated claims that you’re the best fans in the world?
@JSComments gathers the most hilarious, stupid and perfectly idiotic comments from the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. Yes, the loss in Seattle was troubling and the organization needs to address various issues, including why their special teams coordinator didn’t remind the defense that a fake field goal was a possibility, but the Packers remain an elite team that should contend for a title again next season.
You’re doing yourself a favor if you take a few moments to periodically check the account over the next week. Here’s a brief taste of the hilarity you will read:
