Two of the NFL’s marquee franchises met each other on the gridiron Sunday night when the Dallas Cowboys made the trip to Pennsylvania to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers. The game was delayed over an hour due to lightning in the area but was eventually played, with the Cowboys winning 20-17.
With two legendary franchises going at it, there were sure to be some stars in attendance. Rap star and Steelers fan Snoop Dogg made the trip to Pittsburgh for the game, but another celebrity in attendance was a bit more of a surprise.
WFAA’s Jonah Javad spotted Tesla founder and billionaire Elon Musk at the game and shared a picture of Musk on Twitter.

Unfortunately for Musk, not everyone was very happy with his presence at the game. Many fans took to social media to voice their displeasure with his attendance.
“No wonder the game is delayed. He screws up everything he touches,” one person wrote on Twitter.
“The man who’s championed electric vehicles to protect us against global warming. Backing a candidate who called climate change a ‘make-believe problem’ and ‘nonexistent,’ as well as a ‘hoax,'” said another.
“If there was ever a moment for a well timed lightning strike,” a fan said.
“Disgusting,” someone else said bluntly after some other choice words.
Clearly, Musk has no shortage of detractors, but now that it’s obvious he’s such a fan of the NFL, it’s interesting to see if he’ll look into buying a team.
