Packers running back Eddie Lacy — recently described as “slightly overweight” — had a pretty decent day against Michael Bennett and the vaunted Seahawks rushing defense, going for 73 yards on 21 carries. While a lot of the credit goes to the Packers offensive line, Lacy went into the game with these nice words from his mother, who sent him an inspirational text on Sunday morning. The Packers lost in heartbreaking fashion, but Mama Lacy was there again, talking about the important stuff.
