On Monday, the Detroit Lions decided to take part in one of the holiday’s charming but increasingly-played-out traditions by holding an ugly sweater party in their locker room.
According to the Lions, the idea to have an ugly sweater party came from Ndamukong Suh and his sister. Suh provided the sweaters for the players, which is probably a good idea because it would take a guy of Suh’s size to find sweaters which wouldn’t stretch under the girth of NFL defensive linemen.

Aside from the faux-Santa turtleneck getup, every one of those sweaters rock and they should become a staple of any holiday sweater rotation.
