Ahead of the 2022 NFL season, the Cleveland Browns decided to trade away several first-round picks for former Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson and give him an absolutely massive fully guaranteed contract even despite the sexual misconduct allegations he was facing. After two seasons, it’s safe to say that things have not worked out the way they hoped.
Deshaun Watson has yet to play anywhere close to a full season for the Browns as a result of both injuries and a lengthy suspension, and when he has played, statistics indicate that he has been among the least accurate quarterbacks in the entire league.
This week, NFL analyst Warren Sharp put together a list that ranked quarterbacks based on their rate of incompletions due to inaccurate passes – meaning, incompletions that are the fault of the quarterback, not the wide receiver. And Watson had the worst rate in the entire league.
Here’s the full list:

Needless to say, this is some pretty terrible news for Watson that highlights just how bad he’s been even when he’s been on the field, and it led to a lot of reactions on social media.

We’ll have to see how Watson performs this upcoming season because things have not gone well for him so far.
