In the latest installment of VICE Sports’ “Off Day” – a series that follows athletes in their off-the-field adventures – a camera crew tagged along as Darnell Dockett went shopping.
If you follow Darnell Dockett on any sort of social media, you’ll know that he’s a pretty strange guy…so it probably won’t come as a huge surprise that’s he not doing the typical form of shopping. Nope, he’s shopping for pet alligators.
Watch Dockett as he heads to a reptile farm to size up and scout the local talent before he decides which beast he wants on his team. After he talked such a big game, I was quite disappointed with his final choice.
